Had to file a complaint with paypal to finally receive my orde

I chatted with Car Id's customer service to see if they could make a grille for my 67 Chevelle because there weren't any custom grilles available. So we agreed on a style at a price of 699.00 and they said 4 to 6 weeks so I ordered it on 11/09/09. I waited and waited and after 8 weeks a company called JW Enterprises contacted me in January and said the grille was completed in November but they hadn't received payment from Car ID. I called Car Id's customer service and they gave me the run around so I contacted PayPal and filed a dispute. Two days before I would have gotten my money back through Pay pal the grille finally came in. It is perfect only because Car ID didn't make it thank god. JW Enterprises did an awesome job but never again will I ever use Car ID liars and crooks they are.
