CARNATION %u2013 TORTURE, HARASSMENT, CHEATERS, MONEY SWINDLERSExample: Sears broken washing machine

We have been suffering in the hands of carnation since 5-6 months now. We did the mistake of giving them our car to service. They came out of a bill of Rs 25,000/- plus. This had to be changed and this and that. Major expenditure being of clutch plate change, amounting to 13,000/-%u2026 at a km run of 48,000. And they kept the car for 3 days. Starting that time, we started noticing new problems in our car - the ac not working properly, the fuel gauge not working, the fuel tank leaking, the car trembling majorly, wheel alignment gone out besides improper cleaning, parking light not working etc. On correspondence, they repaired the gauge, light, wheel alignment. That%u2019s it.
Few days later the AC stopped working at all. Few days hence, the clutch got majorly hard. We called them, mailed them. No heed. We mailed to their higher officials, the day we would mail, someone would call up from their company, ask the problem. But no solution. We mailed to higher officials and their owner, Mr Khattar. Again phone call received, one mechanic came and checked, was surprised that the clutch has ever been repaired leave alone replaced. Between the mail and one call, 20 days would go and again they wake up on our next mail, which we would write after being fed up. One person was to come to assess again, after our repeated mails, said will come tomorrow, but his tomorrow hasn%u2019t come for 15-20 days now. We infact have called him 3 times and reminded him. BUT CARNATION has not heeded. We wrote a personal mail to Mr. Khattar alone recently, but no reply.
CARNATION is a torture and all people in it are cheaters. They have cheated us with Rs 25,000/- and a double of that amount, we have been spending for repairing the damages they have done. They are not ready to address a aggrieved customers plea and take responsibility
