Ripoff sold me a car full of sugar in gas tank, wont let me have my car back

Ought 2004 intrepid friday august 26th. One hour after driving off lot tried to put gas in it. The car refused, acting like the tank was full. (full alright with sugar) i took the car back to carnation where they sent the car to a mechanic and discovered sugar. Mechanic worked on it for say 1/2 hr. Said the car is ok go fill it up with gas. Car still refused gas. Went to carnation and told them i was all set with buying a car from them i dont want it. They convinced me after 2 hrs. They would make repairs and make things right. And let us use a other vehicle on their lot was a pontiac vibe.

I had to make a trip and was about 1/2hr-45min drive both ways. Car engine light on and loud noised from engine and when you turned the wheel. At this point this is 2 cars that were crappy. They claim all cars on their lot have been inspected. They gave us a choice of another car to replace the intrepid but it was nothing we wanted. We just want to dissolve this deal (friday car no gas sat still no car another car given by dealer sun we call police and drive the vibe back to carnation because vibe had issues.

At this time my trade in that was there sun morn. Has magically dissappeared. They wont give us a car (i threatened civil suite, they left us at dealership with no car no ride. Police had to take us home. The plates from my car were transferred to the intrepid, when in shop they took my plates from intrepid and put on vibe. I have to sales slips for same car trade in for 2 diffenent cars.

I thought you still even had 3 days to cancel a deal. Illegal transferring, if reputable why is my car off their lot, wouldnt let us use their phone to call police and left us there to fend for ourselves with no vehicle.
