Bloomex wont even return my calls

I would recommend NEVER using this company. I have tried using them more than once and they have screwed up the order each time, send replacement items (chocolates instead of flowers) or sent broken items. I cannot reach anyone at this company, despite numerous emails and voicemails. You cannot reach a live person to speak to unless you call the order depeartment (who transfer you to a voicemail). They are a terrible company to deal with.
