I wish I had read the reviews before I chose to do business here.

We wanted to purchase a Nissan Sentra 1.8. The only one left on the lot had no AC. The sales rep said that they could install one through their service department by the end of the week and we proceeded with the purchase in cash.

The finance manager rushes through the paperwork. He spends NO time telling you about your rights, but spends ALL his time and yours telling you about why you need to buy the upgraded service plan. They even ask you to sign that if a dispute arises, that this will need to be resolved through mediation, and that you wave your right to a trial. DON'T SIGN IT! I've bought 4 cars over the last 6 years and NEVER had a dealer even mentioned the possibility of litigation. Wonder why they feel they need to do this?

Somehow, the finance manager proceeded not to give me all copies of my paperwork. When we got out to the car to drive it home, it was missing an antenna, warranty information, and an operators manual. They said they would get that to us when we brought the car back to have the AC installed.

We left the lot reasonably satisfied, but needed to call back to ask about a few additional items. Even though the salesman was around according to his boss, he didn't return our call, didn't schedule an appointment for our AC service, and didn't pass this information along to anyone for followup.

Later, when WE called them back, their Sales Manager told us that their Service Department had closed. We called back 5 minutes later and discovered that the Service department was open. When we talked to the Service Dept, they said basically that they don't do AC service. Funny, that's not what the sales rep said who sold us the car.

We returned to the dealership and sales manager tried to explain that we misunderstood the situation, that the car would need to be taken to a distributor, and they would do the work. He didn't know when that would be done. Since it wasn't going to be done by the end of the week, they had broken their end of the contract.

Stay away from this dealership. I am reporting them to the better business bureau immediately after finishing this. They are not to be trusted. They are rude, dishonest, and pushy.
