Non matching headlights

On 1/21/04 R&B Auto body completed work on our 2001 Ford
Mustang. One of the items replaced was the left front headlight assy. A day after completion we noticed they the head light they replaced was tinted while the original one on the right side was untinted. After we brought this to their attention, they verbally agreed to find a matching tinted headlight for the right side and they would install it. We also brought to their attention that the window washer fluid tank, that is located inside the left front quarter panel that they replaced, leaks. They said they would take a look at that as well.

Since January we have contacted them numerous times about fixing these problems but have been told the head light is backordered and cannot be found locally. I know that this must be a lie since I was able to find it online from several locations at a cost of $139. After repeated attempts to resolve this issue, they now claim they should not be responisble since they claim I authorized them to use after market parts to cut down on costs and that the water bottle was broken from the accident and was not included in the estimate to repair the vehicle. So I am stuck with non matching headlights which I feel is not right and feel it should be fixed at no costs to me.
