Non Payment of repairs

I bought a long guarantee for my vehicle from Suncoast Federal Credit Union. I'd a state refused by Automotive Guarantee Providers of Fl, Inc. Because of the tires, fatigue, air-filter and wheels which are on my vehicle that has nothing related to the repairs. At that time I bought the guarantee no body in the lender arrived as well as looked over my vehicle or examined the usage I documented. Our mechanic, which is really a licensed ASE Ford mechanic, was informed they wouldn't purchase the repairs outlined after which BEGAN MY CAR WITHOUT ANY FAT WITHIN THE MOTOR, underneath the recommend of my mechanic to not begin the vehicle!!! I'm looking to get a complete return back because of the fake or deceptive purchase of the guarantee. I've been about the telephone for just two hours and also have been handed to each division with no solution. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY INSURANCE IN THE ABOVE BUSINESSES!!! I want I'd have looked over the grievances from this organization before I bought the guarantee! Research your options!!!
