Dollar Rental Car in Fort Meyers Florida falsely misrepresented that liability insurance is mandatory in the state of Florda. The agent, Jason, rushes you through the process on the sign in screens and stated that Liability insurance must be purchased in Florida. He said out of state insurance will not cover the liability. After checking multiple sources it was found this was a blatant lie. Dollar refused to refund the charges.
