Michael Boegel looks up unsuspecting employers and will offer his service for a pre determend amount. He befriends the owner and tricks them into thinking he only wants to work, what he really wants is the pay day that california labor commisioner will provide, based on any lies hecan conjure up. Durring the projects he dissappears, causes fights and is totally disruptive. At the end of a few months he will use the state and county government and sue for monies not owed. California is filled with unscruplous people like this but this guy is one of the worst. He is mostly around Anaheim but has taken jobs in whittier and costa mesa. He claims to be a ex sheriff on disability, ans as such wants to be paid in cash..
