Refused to reimburse me for my Car Rental

A driver insured by State Farm rear ended me on 7/30.in the beginning, they stated they would reimburse me after I send photos proving that the damages were done to my car.
A month or so later, they changed their tune and decided to deny my claim. Claiming that I "reversed" into their driver.
Funny how they didn't tell me this a long time ago. I would have taken them straight to Small Claims.
