I was a regular customer or Monroe Muffler which recently changed management. I brought the car in because the switch which operated the vents and defrost was not working. I was quoted $152 for the repair.
A part was replaced which did not resolve the problem. I was charged the $152 but I left with the same problem I came in with.
I have an appointment with another mechanic. I believe that they replaced a part which may or may not have needed replacing. If they misdiagnosed the problem, I should not have been charged.
