Prevent Johnson (Junction) Honda when possible! In November I purchased a brand new 2009 Kia Rio5 from Thompson Honda (today Johnson Honda) from John Zerelli (whois still at Johnson Honda) and he offered mean warranty until 100k miles. The extensive warranty is ineffective, since nothingis actually protected under warranty. I've had 2 ignitions, numerous color peelings, vehicle jolting when place in opposite and numerous different occasions I've been stuck on the highway. Earlier this period, last Sunday I really could not change my type in the key. I named Johnson Honda and talked with Malcolm operating. He explained I'd need to have the vehicle towed (at my cost) to Smith. Fortunately after about half an hour the important thing ultimately switched and that I went there instantly. Because of the vacation, they might not take a look at my vehicle until Wednesday, and so I was with no vehicle until Wednesday. I named Wednesday and neither DL or Malcolm might return my calls, or could other people. Lastly after 4 efforts, and 10 minutes before final, I got ahold of DL and he explained your vehicle is prepared, but we are closing and it is $168 to get a curved key. You are able to get your vehicle tomorrow. Both DL and Malcolm were really rude. After I acquired the vehicle today, DL stated free since there is no report or paperwork. I stated both Malcolm and also you explained it had been $168. He explained no report, no paperwork, free. Thereis no report my vehicle was actually at Johnson Honda and that I think thereis an opportunity nothing was changed in my own automobile.
