Dishonest, fraudulant advertising and sales RIPOFF

A friend of mine decided to purchase a new vehicle with this company when ads were ran saying that they would give you the value of the loan on your trade-in no matter what the condition. They wrote up the contract and then renigged when we brought the trade-in over during the scheduled meeting.

They have been under investigation for false advertising and questionable sales practices in syracuse for awhile.

Another friend of mine used to work for the company and even he won't deal with them.
