Misrepresented condition of Tire

On June10 I Called Arizona Tractor Sales and talked to Jack Raebold, I was looking for a 8.3/22 tractor tire. Jack told me he had one in excellent condition. He quoted a price of $200. A day later (6/11) jack called and told me it needed a boot to repair tire, quoted a price of $100. Two days later (06/13) he called and told me the tire was in excellent condition, it wasn't as bad as he had thought. He told me this was great news and the tire was in excellent condition.

Jack then said " Since the tire is in such good condition, I'll take $175. I told him I was in Silver City New Mexico and if it was that good, I'd pick it up. I drove to Chandler Az., he still assured me of it's excellent condition. I'm disabled and had to wait two weeks to mount the tire. On 7/5, I had the tire mounted at the cost of $40. The tire shop didn't know if the tire would last very long.
