Ripoff Bad account on credit report shows finance company recovered a vehicle

I have a horror story about this company also.

I was actually the victim of identity theft (I wouldn't be surprised if it was someone at the company) They purchased a car paid a very short while and the company is chasing me down. I have sent police reports and asked for copies of this contract with my signatures to no avail. They actually told me unless the FBI took a report and stated that it was theft they didn't care who actually purchased the vehicle, I'm responsible. I wish I was in a better position financially so I could afford to sue their pants off. I literally hate this company, so if you find others and start a class action, please count me in.
