Am an unfortunate policy holder and they not only do not take care of the people we have had accidents with but their own policy holders. I filed a claim in the beginning of the month, the shop had my car repaired within 4 days and we are still waiting for the payment for me to get my car back.
They have being lying to me about where the check was sent to, dates etc. They have terrible customer service and the rep in charge of your claim NEVER answers your calls or call you back. If I do not receive the check to pay for the repairs ASAP I will loose my job. I will dedicate my time to let everyone know to avoid using them as they DO NOT take care of their own policy holders.
