Dishonest service did not bother to add oil when doing an oil change, waited till after my warranty to do a total ripoff despection of my vehicle and charged over $1000.00 for items that would have been covered before expiration auto dealer ripoff

This dealer offers free oil changes for life. As I get an oil change every 60 days, I thought it was a great deal. 3 times, my oil went low and the engine light came on. After I added oil, no more problems. Finally, I realized that they were not only not changing the oil, but did not bother to add a bottles? If I had not acted quickly to correct the problem myself, I would have blown my engine. I know take the vehicle to other places and the problem does not occur.

I also ignored the fact that the technicians waited until after my extended warranty expired and made a long list of things that the vehicle needed. Most of theses would have been covered under the warranty. No recommendations of repair were offered prior to the warranty expiration, unless I reported a specific problem.

I know I will not be compensated, but I want to warn others about this dealer.

I will also report to the BBB and Attorney General.
