Over priced and unneeded repai

Stay far away from the Firestone on 144th and Maple. You can not trust the people there. The over pricing is some time 3 and 4 times the amount from other service stations. The parts they claim are so much better than what you can buy at the local parts store are exactly the same! Plus triple the price from what you can buy it for. I have had 4 cars in for service and every car needed front and back brakes. They claim it's not safe for me to drive. Those were all lies. I think they cheat me because I am a woman. The last straw was when they tried to charge me $128 to replace a radiator hose. A 10 minute job and a $15 part! You do the math. Why when I complained the manager lowered the total bill estimate from $751 to $287 in 1 day??? What changed? Was is the parts no still needed the same parts still needed the same labor. The only change was their profit. They lost more than profit with me. Stay far far away from this place. Thanks for reading and pass the word. Have a great day
