Firestone should be stoned

I went in and needed a alignment 80.00 right so tell me why I ended up spending 200.00! They took forever and doubled the price... 40.00 in parts and 145.00 in "LABOR"... When I asked why I had to pay 20.00 for an extra part (which was fine) but 60.00 more (in labor) to put the part on which only takes 10 mins, they said I had to have because they cant release the car till its fixed???
Why should I have to pay for the extra labor considering I was already paying for labor that wasn't being used?
At this time i will never go back to firestone and will be posting my story to everyone that goes to my website and facebook. Www.hedgehoggarden.net
