Finger lakes Horrible training, horrible pay, and its like working with children with all the lies

I am one of three that I know of that worked for this company. I have never met the other three because they live in different area but the same thing has happened to them. First the basic: Horrible pay because they lie to you and say its base pay plus commission but they give you a destroyed route that you have to build up to make commission which will take you 10 years at least. Second: the vehicle they let you use doesn't run correctly and wont ever get it fixed for you. The manage that is supposed to help only cares about himself because he needs to make his own numbers so doesnt ever have time for you. The owner Wal and his son want you to call them everyday so they can tell you that everything is so great but the company is going belly up. The Youngstown office is a tight knit group that will do anything to break you down because they want you to follow there rules so you dont ever tell on them about the shady things they do for the company. They say benefits start from day one but you dont get the paper work and doesnt go through for 4 months from starting day. The sales manager will also cut you by calling your accounts and send them product to raise his numbers. Also Youngstown and the sales manager are awful with customers and swear a ton so accounts get dropped left and right. Once you build up the routye for a while they let you go and bring someone else in at same low pay before you get commission. This has happened many times in this company so be careful. So if you like liars, scam artist and just pure awful management... Then work here.
