State Farm Insurance egregious

I applied online for an auto quote with Greg Leminski, an agent of State Farm Insurance. I was quoted a fair price for basic insurance and paid the amount agreed. After that, doing business with State Farm has become an egregious affair that needs to stop today. First of all, I never received any of my paper work (declaration of insurance) or any of the formal documents that one would receive informing them of their coverage. I had to call repeatedly to get this information and it was only a temporary one. Then when I questioned this, I was informed I would not be covered by their company. However, this company took money from my account, I believe, knowing that they were not able to insure my vehicle and have not returned my premium for two months. Again when I questioned this, I have been told that it is out of their control, that the refund was sent to the wrong address and returned and finally that it is their accounting departments fault in Chicago. Also the staff that I have spoken to are rude, and patronizing. One of them even hung up the phone in my face.

One hundred and sixty dollars may not be a lot of money to State Farm Insurance, as they are a nationally known, yet I am unemployed and I need my money yesterday. I hope this complaint to complaint can help me get back my money. When I needed a good neighbor, State Farm Insurance, you were not there.
