State Farm Insurance Denial

On 6/30 severe hail damage destroyed homes, cars and businesses in the
North Lawndale community. My home and vehicle was damaged by golf ball hail. State Farm Insurance totaled (paid off) the vehicle and agreed to pay for repair of outside lights, gutters, window screens, and porch roof. My complaint is State Farm Insurance refuse to pay for a new roof on my home with two (2) different contractors per State Farm to view the roof for damages (one contracted submitted pictures) and they both agreed the roof was damaged by the hail storm and need to be replaced.
