Insurer refuses new roof after hail damage despite two contractors

On 6/30 severe hail damage destroyed homes, cars and businesses in the North Lawndale community. My home and vehicle were damaged by golf-ball-sized hail. State Farm Insurance totaled (paid off) the vehicle and agreed to pay for repair of outside lights, gutters, window screens and the porch roof.
My complaint is that State Farm Insurance refuses to pay for a new roof on my home. Two different contractors, sent by State Farm to inspect the roof for damage (one contractor submitted pictures), both agreed the roof was damaged by the hail storm and needs to be replaced.
