I bought a car a couple of months ago with a car dealrship i thought was legit and honest, due to the fact of the many years knowing them. At first they were a little unsure of being able to get me into a vehicle but as soon as i showed them the 2,000$ i had for down payment these were the managers exact words to the sales consultant "why havent you taken this mans money"!!! Sure enough they were able to get me approved! At the time being i was happy & though they were helping me and i would be restoring my credit.

Little did i know that "credit acceptance corp" would be the worst financing bank ever! Even after making arrangements with them, calling them everyday to let them be aware of my situation. I even payed half of my bill before the due date so that i wouldn't fall behind they still came for it one day before claiming that with 1 day passed my payment they could take it from me without considering the 1/2 payment i had already given! The repo man didn't even show me the authorized letter for the repo and even damaged my car including my driveway, not even allowing me to get my belongings.

I call credit acceptance & they start telling me about how i supposable owe 1,400$ to be able to get my car back when in reality all i owed was 472$ i speak with them over & over and get to no solution because they are unwilling to help & to speak civilized... I honestly hope someone can do something about this "false easy financing restore ure credit scam" because as i can see we are not the only ones that have been put through this situation by the same bank - please look into this because it is unfair that people are being ripped-off like that by someone meant to help u they shouldnt even be allowed to continue with this false take all company!
