2005 VW Jetta - transmission failure - should be a recall, its a scam, there asying its the Valve body to save them money!

Cars & Transport

I have a 2005 VW Jetta. Starting haveing shifting problems about 3 years ago. Brought it to dealer and the said it was normal. I recieved a recall letter in the mail, so excited! Then i find out its for the "valve body".

The Braintree, MA dealership runs a test on it and says its "working properly". No one can give me an explanation as to whats goingon with my transmission. If they just drove it for 15 min they would see the problem! Anyway now it is almost completely off the road. The tranny is junk and i dont know what to do! This should def be a recall. Ive done a ton of researcha dn so many others have the same complaint! Why hasnt anything been done about this??!?!?!?
