6th Man Delivery - Live Strong Teadmill

We purchased a treadmill at Dick's in Lafayette IN. On 8/1. We were assured we'd hear from The 6th Man within 48 hrs. For delivery scheduling. That didn't happen. I called on 8/6 and was assured we'd get a call within 24 hrs. That didn't happen. I called on 8/8 and was assured that I would hear from them before the day was out. That didn't happen. I called on 8/9 and was finally able to schedule a delivery date for 8/14. So two weeks after our purchase we were able to set up a delivery. The only contact with The 6th Man during this 14 day period was when I called them. This was very frustrating and in my opinion completely unacceptable.
I will think twice before using The 6th Man again and will be telling everyone I know to do the same. Respectfully - Chuck Knoll
