Bill Jacobs LLC Bait and Switch here... Beware

Beware of this dealer and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I had purchase a vehicle through their internet sales dept. We had negotiated everything online. I picked up my one way plane ticket from KC and flew in to Chicago where they had a driver waiting for me. Upon arriving at the dealership, they Bait and Switched me. They had a lot less cheaper model of the car I had asked for and said this is the one we negotiated on. I did not want the base model of this car. Here I am, Friday night 7 P.M.; all car rental companies are closed, stuck in a city I don t know, without a way home. $1,500 more than I wanted to spend. Only bought a 1 way ticket, they knew I would buy. Very, very disapointed. These guys are snakes and are the low of the low.
