BT Express Auto Transport
Rip-off! Liars!

BT Express Auto Transport is THE worst run company I have ever encountered. DO NOT use this company or you will end up like me, sitting across the country with no car and no ability to get a job.

First, they are never open the hours they state on the internet. I have never been able to contact someone before nine or ten A.M., and the internet states they open at six. Billy Turner, the owner, has his daughter managing the company. I called her five times specifically when they told me she was in the office, and she never called back.

When I booked my car to be shipped, some nitwit on the phone told me seven days. When the fifth day came and i heard nothing, I called and was informed that was their ususal time, but I needed to give fourteen. I was told Billy's daughter Jaime would call and we could possibly split the cost of expediting my car. Never happened.

I managed to move my car to another city at my grandparents, and on the seventeenth day, still no one to pick up the car. I believe I was on my sixteenth and seventeenth calls, and still have yet to be called back. I finally called to cancel it a week ago, and be credited on my credit card. The rudest man works the phones, and told me if it wasn't there then it would be. I asked, again, to speak to Jaime, and again, I got her voicemail. So now, I have to wait until my credit card company disputes this over the next several months.

BT Auto Transport will NOT pick your car up when they say, they will not return your calls no matter how polite you are. Do yourself a favor and use another company. I found a great one that picked my car up in five days, and will deliver it in three!!
