Rungreen.com Impossible to contact seller about shipping erro

On July 12 I ordered a steering part for my John Deere tractor. My Paypall account was immediately debited and after 2 weeks the wrong part arrived. The part came from a second company (Rungreen.com) and I noted it did not fit my tractor. I attemted to contact each of the companies numerous times via email... Neither company has a phone number. After numerous emails neither company would take ownership of the transaction. They finally wore me down and I gave up playing their well practiced game.

Nobody sold the item, nobody shipped the item... But Paypal was debited. I have taken the part to a welding shop and will have it altered.

DO NOT deal with these 2 companies if you value your time or sanity.

Ps. I have a transaction number and reference number... Goody for me.
