Rip-off! Dishonest, deceptive and ignorant!

Car buyers beware! The people at Douglas Nissan at the valley automall are not only rude and pushy but use deceptive "pre-approval" practices. My experience at Douglas Nissan was the most frustrating, stressful, and just down right the worst experience of my life. My story is I went to trade my vehicle and purchase a new '05 Altima. Everything was going great until they pulled my very nice and helpful salesperson Robert Mclendon and sent over Gus Anaya. This was the epitome of a salesperson.
I went to purchase a new 05 Altima. After 6 hrs of them telling me what they wanted and being rude and ignorant we came to an agreement.

The deal was 1000.00 down and a payment of 448.00 a month. Two days after purchasing I went to go to work and it would not start.

They offered me the number for a tow truck. When I asked to speak to the manager, well he was busy.

I then decided to read the book and found a way to deactivate the ignition iterupter that was preventing me from starting the vehicle.

I drove straight to Douglas Nissan and was told there porter has been jammig the relays in and bending the prongs.

Three days later I went back to "finalize" things and was told unfortunetly I would need an additional 5000.00 down.

After arguing the fact that we already had a deal and was driving the car for 3 days, I against better judgement, scraped the money together they were requesting.

I then was told I would have to come back the next day with a paystub which had not been asked for up to this point. I said no way and went to United Nissan.

Got the same deal, only they are tintng the windows and giving me every other oil change free.

Beware this is not the first time they have done this. Its a gimmick to make you really want the car and to give them more money.

There customer service is horrible and they are all snobs. I had no problem with 1 salesperson in particular but after research online I have found reports on him to.

I can say this wa the worst experience of my life. Stay away from Douglas Nissan. Go to Desert or United they will give you an honest deal.
