Ripoff Dishonest businessman unreliable and a racist

My car was towed to this shop after an accident. He never gave me a written estimate over 2 weeks. When i asked to tow my car to another shop to get an estimate he refused and asked fora $25/d storage fee when we had never agreed on this before. He kept my car for 10 months on his parking lot, until i sued him and recovered some losses (value of car), but he kept the car. He was at times screaming, yelling, rude, and dishonest in the whole process. He has many claims against his shop. Do not dare go to his shop.
