Bought a utv from local dealer, complete junk! Never followed up w warranty, refused refund, want our money back!

On january 1st 2009 we bought a reusch utv from a local dealer in our area. After having it approx one month we began to have major problems with the machine. When we took it back for warranty it was never fixed an left outside in the weather for weeks.

The dealer told us that the ruesch company refused service to the machine an so did they. I contacted james ruesch by phone, email, fax, an regular mail with no reply. So I contacted the attorney general, the better business buea, an my lawyer.

James ruesch wrote a e mail back to the dealer stating that we used the utv in rain, snow, an weather. To this day we still have the utv an it still does not run prperly. We are out almost 12,000, for the cost of it an hundreds more trying to keep it running,

Between replacing all axels, gas tank, berings, bushings, seat, windshield wipers, an much much more we have almost 1,500 in just parts! On average after we get it running, it will run for about 75 to 100 miles before breaking down in some way again. It currently has 900 miles on it. Thats a 2008 machine!? Thats next to nothing, an you would think it would still be running properly at that milage. It is garage kept!

We have been trying for years to get someone to help us in filing a class action law suite agaist this horrible company that has stolen peoples hard earned money for thier junk!

I have all the paperwork proving what we paid for the ruesch, letters from the ruesch company an owner, and attorney general info.
