Good afternoon Mr. Dick Lau, I have a claim on my car with Family Insurance and they had told me to bring it down to Cam Clark Ford in North Vancouver to get the repairs done so then I decided that I was going to bring it down but before doing so I came down to the body shop talked to Mike Colwell and explained to him that my car was broken into and that I had a claim from Family Insurance. I wanted to make sure that he understood that I put a lot of money and
time into may car and it's very precious to me he acknowledged by telling me not to worry about it that it would be looked after. I felt more comfortable after speaking with him regarding so then I decided to get my car towed there, again before my car was towed I phoned a couple of more times just to make sure that he knew how important my car is to me because of all the money I put into it, he re-assured me that it would be cared for, I said OK the car is on it's way.
