Property dammage and untrue repair advise

Although my vehicle was set for a tire turn they scratched my driver-side rear bumper. The Moreno Valley shop called me for their "corporate" area that has educated me that they can do-nothing to right their incorrect. Additionally the Moreno Valley technology recommended me that my vehicle additionally required struts and wheels which the tires were cupping. Not attempting to abandon my vehicle together again (who understands the things they might do to it-this period) I examined around for sway alternative and was recommended by Honda dealer and another repair center that my vehicle didn't require struts and my tires were good, just a little over-inflated.
