Liability for auto damage

The valet attendant broken my vehicle by operating over a parking stop (twice)—out and in of the parking area. We submitted a state using the Embassy Suites resort and consequently their statements processor (Sedgwick) decided no responsibility on the component. Images of the harm were delivered and images of the vehicle "strattling the parking stop". There's without doubt they ruined my automobile and therefore are responsible. I've approached Embassy fits to challenge this finding by Sedgwick cms.
