Walker Racing, Walker Racing Group Randy Walker does not pay his business debts and feigns ignorance when presented with invoices

I'll keep it brief. Around the end of I was hired by a representative of Randy Walker/Walker Autoworks/Walker Racing to develop materials for his business. Dozens upon dozens of communications ensued over many months with the employee of the business. Money was exchanged, products were ordered and delivered, but when it came time to own up to the total bill, Mr. Randy Walker of Walker Autoworks pulled a Ronald Reagan and suddenly couldn't remember ordering all these materials.

When confronted, he feigned ignorance and even accepted the fact that he thought it was "magic" that these materials ended up in front of him. He blamed employees for doing things behind his back, without his permission, etc. He blamed employees for spending money on their account for things he didn't authorize, and so forth. He had many, many excuses and did not mind making himself appear as a stupid, ignorant, clueless and idiotic business owner. He admitted that he did not have control of his employees, and that his shop was not very successful, etc. Anything to justify not knowing that he was actually having to purchase the goods delivered.

Because I live out-of-state and the value is under the cost of a lawyer, I'd just rather put it beyond me and consider it an expensive life lesson. Randy Walker of Walker Auto Works is a scam artist and a complete imbecile who appears to not care about his name, reputation or the reputation of his father - whom he inherited his business from.
