Brown and Brown Chevrolet on Main Street is a total rip off!

My husband and I went to Brown and Brown to purchase a used car. We told the Sales person Ms. Vayne the price range we wanted to stay within and what type of payment we could afford. We were pushed into a car that was a bit much for what we wanted to spend with the promise of a fair trade value that we could in fact afford the car. We were given to car to take home it was filthy inside and out, and reaked of cigarette smoke.

We waited 3 weeks to hear only that the financing was not approved, I called the dealership numerous times over the course of those 3 weeks to try and find out what was going on with the financing, I spoke directly with the finance manager Tim and the Sales person Ms. Vayne and could never get a straight answer or call back from either person.

Finally Ms. Vayne kept trying to push me into co signing for my husbands loan after all of this time. When we returned the car in absolute disgust, the Sales person and finance manager completely avoided us, or any conversation with us. Our old car was returned to us dirty inside and out. This has been the worst experience my husband and I have ever had! They are totally unprofessional people and do not at all care about the customers needs. I would not recommend them to anyone out there looking to buy a car. All they care about is making a commission and if they cant they arent even decent enough to tell you and treat you like dirt afterwards... Customers steer clear of Brown and Brown Chevrolet on Main Street in Mesa!
