Total Scam! - flowers

Horrible company! I ordered a rose bush to be delivered to my mother on Valentine's Day (order number 01264483), but she never got the flowers. I tried calling their customer service number, but conveniently the lines were down on February 15th. I emailed the company, and all they could do was issue me a store credit – completely unacceptable! This company is scam! I paid for flowers, didn’t get the flowers, and lost my money too! The store credit wouldn’t even cover the cost of the flowers – I would have to give them more money for the original flowers. So in the end - you pay, they don’t deliver, and you lose your money. This is not a reputable company at all! Avoid at all costs!
