Ripoff Sam tried to steal truck from driveway

Car note is due on the 28th of every month. So, on the 28th which was a Saturday I called Kevin to inform him that I would be in on monday to pay $300 for the month August he said it was fine and he would see me on August 30th. But on the 29th Kevin came to my house telling me that he was here to confiscate the vehicle for failure to pay.

Then, when I tried to give him the car payment he told me that he didn't want my money all he wanted was his truck. That's when he put his hands around my neck and begin to choke me.
