Ted Schofield Billed without description of work done disrespect for property Vehickle not fixed after 8 weeks greasy parts on interior left unlocked ruined tank of fuel etc

The first part of June. My F-250 deisel pickup quit running all together. TC's Service Center towed the pickup to a station so i could put Deisel in the tank in case it was out. That was not the problem.

I told Ted Schofield I needed the pickup by the end of the month for a trip to WI. He said that would be fine. I also told him i needed a new windshield and the left tail light fixed because it would be illegal in that state. He agreed to fix that. I asked if i could make payments because i am disabled and that was fine with him and he would get the problem fixed right away what ever it was.

I had to go to WI with out the pickup it was not yet repaired the it felt still like it had an air leak or something. My son drove the pickup because i needed the car it only ran a few days then started the same thing run a little bit then die then not start again til later.

I was gone til July 21st. Right away I called TC's they had sent me a bill and come to find out the problem still existed with the vehickle and it was out of town where my son was working. My son and his boss did get the vehickle back to town. TC's agreed i never had to pay on the pickup til it ran correctly, and that i wouldnt be charged a monthly fee because i would be making payments on the bill every month once it was correctly fixed and running.

The pickup was back at the shop around the end of July. TC's rolled down the electric window i noticed one time when i went there to see how it was coming along. I asked if they would get that back up because it didnt work right, and for me it took two people to get it back up, so asked if they planned to get the window back up that night. Ted Schofield said yes he would get that done.

(August 28th my son was out to see if the pickup was open. He said the window was down and everything had gotten wet and everything in the back of the seat of the pickup was getting ruined. So today on the 29th I'm going to take my camcorder and take video's of this then try and get a friend of mine to help me to get the window up and take the keys from the ignition. Simply because i have lots of exspensive and irreplaceable belongings behind the seat of this pickup. TC's knows this to be true.)

Also i had asked him why the windshield and the tail light wasn't fixed yet. TEd said he would get the windshield and get this done.

There is still no windshield in the pickup, the tail light still isnt fixed. The pickup is not running at all. The fuel tanks are out of it. Ruining the tank of fuel i put into the vehickle before the first time they were supose to fix it.

The last 21/2 weeks the pickup has not moved i gave up on asking what was going on with the pickup since he said nobody has gotten anywhere in the last month to get parts for it.

He (Ted Schofield, the one that is tall and has dark brown hair Not sure about the first name.) also told me if he couldnt get it done he would take it to Rapid City Deisel where i know that they know what they are doing to get the pickup fixed properly.

He has shown no respect towards me as a customer, I think i have been far more then patient with him. I dont know what to do about the bill he has given me. But i dont think i should have to pay for anything but parts means the job wasnt properly done. And how long is it going to take before the fuel tanks and other parts get here. Where do i turn and what do you suggest i do?

PS a concerned customer that needs her vehickle yesterday in the worst way and have it running and reliable.
