Scam and Poor Customer Service

Cars & Transport

The photo shoot voucher I purchesed turned out to be a scam. I did have have the photo shoot at Cody Photography in Sydney and chose my free digital photo that was part of the deal and was meant to wait for the photographer to contact me when the product was ready. He never did. I contacted him in February and he said he wanted me to email him the voucher. I did. Together with the confirmation email from him regarding the photo shoot. He never replied back even after I tried to follow up. I emailed Living Social asking for a resolution or a refund, but had no response from them either. I feel I not only lost money (the voucher was not cheap), but also a lot of time and effort (I had to take a day off work, as the photographer was not flexible with the session date and time). It is very dissapointing that no one in Living Social bothered to respond.
