Faces Photography

Cars & Transport

I bought a Living Social deal for Faces Photography in Draper, Utah. From the time my family and I showed up for the photo shoot until I picked up the photos it was a negative experience. The photographer (the owner) was obviously not very invested in customer satisfaction and the family photos turned out looking like we had them taken in someone's basement. Do any professional photographers use brown backdrops anymore? He did. The photographer seemed to expect the family members to help my grandchildren smile for the pictures. As a result, there were only a few hit and miss smiles from the grandchildren in the proofs I previewed. I only ordered two prints (the ones included in the deal) and didn't get a satisfactory family portrait at all. When I went to pick up the finished prints, they had made a mistake and printed the wrong one and not mounted the large one. I had to wait about an hour while they fixed the mistake. The photographer did throw in the print I didn't order, so that helped, but it just wasn't an overall positive experience. I felt like because I was a groupon customer I wasn't getting their best customer service.
