Brake Issue on 2010 Corolla

I Purchased the Corolla in Jan. Within the first 2 weeks, i had the first experience with vibration in the brake pedal when applying on uneven surface.in addition to the vibration, there is hesitation in braking. This problem has happened multiple times, mostly on uneven surfaces. Last week, i had to stop suddenly for a deer and i really noticed how long it took to stop the vehicle.in addition, the noise was very loud and the pedal vibrated. I have taken the car back to the dealership twice and they assured me the brakes were fine. I have owned 7 previous Toyotas, three of which were Corollas and i experienced this with the others. I do not feel safe in this vehicle.
