Platepass are screwing people internet

Ln November l was involved in a car accident. State Farm gave me a paid rental car from Heirtz, however, Heirtz has a devise on thier car called 'PlatePass' and this devise will make our life a living hell!

L paid for it in whole and they still send me this bill (June) to pay the bill.

L have tried so many times to contact them and l just been put on hold FOR HOURS at a time.
L have asked them to call me back... THEY DONT!
L have sent feedback via email... NO RESPONSE!
The only contact I get from them is to pay this bill or it will go into collections (mind you, this bill is paid)

I strongly recommend to go to another car rental. Lf not... You might be going through this nightmare and it's not fun at all.
