The corporation is just a complete waste of money and time. I caught them to maneuver my possessions from two collection places, one with limitations in NY. These were educated repeatedly of the limitations at that time they got my $1500 deposit on July 15. Because of building limitations in NY the move-out day for collection area Number 2 needed to be decided ahead of time, between specific hours. Our specified re-locate screen was August 8 - 10. On Aug 8 I acquired no-call with no collection at area 1. On Aug 9 after repetitive telephone calls, 5 voice-mail communications I had been informed from the salesman that 3 various companies had declined the task, and there is however no collection planned. At that time of eliminating the task I had been educated that my deposit was non refundable, so that they really plan to maintain the $1500 deposit I offered them though they supplied ZERO SUPPORT. Anything you do, DON'T utilize this organization. I had been convinced from the salesman they might supply the support however they were totally not capable of doing this. DON'T create the exact same error! They must be barred from conducting business. Complete rip off.
