I had my 1989 toyota camry serviced on 6/26/04, for clutch service. I had to have a brand new cluth pkg 2925 price at 249.99 and labor service costing 249.99 and when i picked up my car paid for it and drove away i noticed that the speedometer wasn't working.

I immediately called them as soon as i got home. Well now i have the perfect chance to have it fixed. Not everyday do i have this kind of money, i'm disabled and only received my ssi check once a month.

On friday the 13th hurricane charley put a devestation on florida.

My home was comdemned, before charlie hit, my car which was sitting outside the building was running fine. The day after i went to start my car, started well but would not move, as when my old cluth first gave out. On august 15th my grandma drove fifty miles to have me take my car back to pep boys for repairs under the warranty.

After trying to resolve my other issues, the final was the car. I personally went to pep boys on 302 west vine street and was instructed by the nice young lady to have my car towed and they would take it from their.

At that point in time they had power. On friday the 20th i called pep boys and first they stated my car was not their.

I finally got on the phone to speak with golby asst manager and he informed me that they were not going to look at my car that i would have to have it towed to a transmission place, and because the key was broken.

I informed him my car has a warranty for the cluth and i expect it to be checked, when he informed me that he was not going to look at it, to have it towed somewhere else. I informed him as so he said we have no power to take it to a transmission place, i said you are assuming it is the transmission having the car for two days and today you have no power and you have made that assumption.

I said i will make a scandal if you do not service my car under it's warranty, get some one one else i no longer want to speak with you. That is when the gm of the store got on the line asking what the problem was.

I informed him that his asst manager stated he was not going to service my car because the key to the ignition was broken, i told him they serviced it the first time with no problem and i expect for it to be looked at.

He t0ld me that he would overide what his asst manager had done, i asked why did he assumed that it was my transmission when they had no power to lift the car to look at it? How did he come to that conclusion?

The gm said i will have the car service. Well i asked him why did he say he was not going to service my car because the key was broken, he replied i will take care of it. Well after all that i have been thru, i did not need this.

I will also be getting in touch with channel two news, it is a disgrace to say that you have people that cruel out thier in service industry. I had worked in the service industry and my aid was to have the heart of a servant, i wish we could all be like that.
