Car rental

I book a rental thru hotwire and when I got to the rental company the company did not have any cars. I called hotwire but and book another car. When I went to another company they had book a smaller car and charged me more... I will never use Hotwire again. I call to fill a compliant and was giving the run around. Please use another company to book your travel plans. This has been a nightmare
