ACC General Deceptive, Uncaring, Horrible customer service, Never return phone calls, Won't claim liability, Houston, etc

ACCC General is the insurance company of the person responsible for hitting me. They have done NOTHING to help this process along and avoid all messages and phone calls. Supposedly after sending an appraiser to look at our car no one informed us what the outcome was. We just got a call asking for permission to release our car to be towed after being deamed a total loss. They haven't even accepted liability for our car...

How in the world did they expect to have us release our car to them without any responsibility on their part. This company is very deceptive and has done everything possible to bully us and make this a HORRIBLE experience. I have already filed a complaint with the Texas Department of insurance regarding this claim. From the research I have done online it looks like I am just one of a lot of people that have had horrible experience with ACCC General. At this point we have contacted our insurance company to help us go after them and hold them responsible. Not to metion make sure we are taken care of.
