Biggest Ripp-off of

I bought a used car from Julio Cesar Chavez Auto Group at Qualcomm Tent Sale in San Diego just recently. At first, they came out and greeted me and they acted like wonderful and down to earth people. The sale guy showed me the car and talked me into it. Then when it came to the negotiation part, there was a different guy named Tom came out. We went back and forth-the price went down to about $3,000 less and the pressure from them, and of course without knowledge and Due Diligence I ended up with the car anyway.

I though I got a good deal, so said by their sale people. I signed all the contracts when they threw out at me without explaining in details. After I left the lot then I found out that they jacked up $6,000, yes 6 thousand dollars higher than the Kelly Blue Book. So now I paid $3,000 more than the suggested retail price. I came back the next day and talked to Tom, the guy that I negotiated with, I told him that the car you sold to me is ways over the suggested retail price.

The as-h— told me that he doesn't know any thing about the price, yes the price negotiation person doesn't know anything about the price of the car. So I got referred to talk to "the guy behind the computer". After 15 minutes later, I asked another sale guy to help me so he went over to the guy behind the computer, while taking to his guy, his face (the computer guy) looked angry and upset and didn't even acknowledged that I was there waiting for him, I said to myself oh oh here is an other bigger as—h& guy, of course the computer guy sent his guy out to tell me that I signed the contracts and it is the end of it. I was being stupid, I trusted them for being helpful and doing me a favor.

My biggest mistake and lesson learned and I don't want anyone end up like me. I am writing this to let you all know that do your due diligence before come out to them. Do not trust them, they will take advantage of you and they will rip you off. They will rip you apart every chance they have if you appear vulnerable. Before you buy the vehicle, they will be very helpful to you but after you signed the contract, they will treat you like a nonexistent human being.
