Refuse to sell the car at the price showed in the internet site

I was planning to buy a car from Usa auto and truck. I saw it and they gave me the price of $9,900. This is actually the second car i wanted to puchase from them. When i bought the first car, they gave me a price, but when i searched on the web i founf that they had it cheaper on the internet website. I complained to them and they inmediately higher the price. I complained and they gave me the price that i had seen in the internet. This time i went again to their dealer, i saw this car and they said it was for $9,900. I was going to buy it, but before i went to give the down payment and actually get to see the car, i checked the same website cars.com and the same car was for 8,900. When i got there i told them the real price and the supervisor refused to give me that price for the car and even to sell it to me.
