Roy Nguyen ripoff unfinished repairs theft dishonest auto repair business registered sex offende

I need help tracking down this guy. I am handling for an enlisted man in the U.S. Navy. My client paid $2300 in advance to Hoang V. Nguyen d.B.A. A&Z Head Machine Shop to rebuild the engine on his car. When my client returned after 4 months of deployed, the engine had not been rebuilt and was in worse shape than before. To top things off, Mr. Nguyen had sold his business to new owners and he has disappeared.

Mr. Nguyen has apparently done this to 2-3 other people, but the police and D.A. Say there is not enough evidence for a criminal prosecution. I helped my client file a small claims lawsuit, but we don't know where he currently is.

An investigator helped me track down a possible address. On a hunch, I check the Megan's Law database in our area and verified that Hoang V. Nguyen is a registered sex offender. Mr. Nguyen is Viet Namese. He is 5' 9 with brown hair and brown eyes. His hair is short and parted on the right. He has also used the alias of Roy Nguyen and Hoanct Van Nguyen.
